Start Seeing Motorcycles!

As the popular bumper sticker says..."Start Seeing Motorcycles!" Especially now...as Jason got his out this week! Oil is changed, bike is washed, chaps are out...he is ready! Now bring on the warm weather (as he is definitely a fair weather biker!) Check out the pictures of his favorite riders...man, are they biker babes or what?!?!

Gymnastics has started!

The spring activities have begun! Monday night Presley started gymnastics! It is an hour every Monday night for 6 weeks. She really enjoys it! Next Monday night, she will start swimming lessons. She will swim first for a 1/2 hr, take a 1/2 hr. break, and then go to gymnastics for an hr. She is going to be tired! Here are a couple pic's I took on Monday night. Stay tuned for swimming pic's!

Easter Celebrations

We had a very nice Easter with 3 different celebrations!

My dad joined us for Easter supper on the Saturday before. We had a great meal and enjoyed the time together.

Easter Sunday we went to church and then had lunch at my mom and Paul's house. It was a beautiful day! The girls had an Easter egg hunt which they really enjoyed! My Grandma, Uncle Loren, and his girlfriend Laurie joined us. The following Sunday we celebrated with the Sieve's by having lunch at their house. It was another beautiful day enjoyed with family! Lots of fun was had playing outside!

Thanks for getting together! We always enjoy the time we get to spend with the fam's!

Fun on the Farm!

Presley and Madison were super excited a couple weeks ago to get to spend a day with their Auntie at the farm! Amber's friend Molly's grandpa lives on a cute little farm with horses!!! Molly was spending the day with her sisters, niece, and nephew and so they all met for a playdate!

They sat on a tractor (hold on tight Presley...Madison is driving!)

They also got to see, feed, comb, and ride on horses!

The horse they rode on was 29 years old! So, no trotting or running for that horse...just a nice stroll around the yard!

Then it was time to comb...

Madison wasn't so sure about the combing...so she just held onto the brush!

They both enjoyed feeding the horse. When the horse got as close as it did below, Presley would throw the food...she didn't want him to actually take the food off her hand!

PJ Party at Sunny Days!

One of Presley's favorite days at Sunny Days is the Pajama Party day! She just loves that she doesn't have to get dressed for the day! I went to the party for the first hour so I could take some pictures.

Some of the things they do include singing nursery rhythms, arts and crafts, and then they watch a short movie and have popcorn! It's a fun day! We will sure miss Sunny Days next year. We will have a year off from there and then it will be Madison's turn!

Birthday Weekend in the Cities!

Wow...I just realized how far behind I am in posting on our blog! This post actually happened 3 weeks ago. Time to catch up!

After the Jason Aldean concert on March 11 in Mankato and staying at my dad's overnight, we headed up to the cities on the 12th to celebrate Amber's 27th birthday with her! We got up there around 1 and headed right to the Mall of America. I had gotten all day ride wristbands and some tickets to golf at Moose Mountain. We spent from 1 - 10 that night at MOA.

Amber, Kevin, Eric, and Jackie were with us until around 4. They hit up a lot of the big rides too that day and had a ton of fun! My dad joined us at 4. We all went to Moose Mountain to mini golf together. Luckily it wasn't very busy as it took us awhile for 9 of us to golf! My mom, Paul, and Mersaydes got to the cities at 6. We all had supper together at Famous Dave's to celebrate the big b-day! After supper we went on a few more rides. Let's just say by 10 p.m., we were all shot. We headed back to Amber's and were all in bed by midnight.

Saturday we got up and headed to David's Bridal. All the bridesmaids, my mom, Presley, and Jackie met up, we tried on the bridesmaid dresses one last time, ordered the dresses, and had lunch together! It was a lot of fun! The guys went out to Perkins for breakfast. We met up with them around 1 at the Roseville Mall where the guys got fitted for tuxes. 3 tuxes ordered...about 6-8 more to go! We ended back up at Amber's for a couple hours after that and then headed home. We got home around 8 that night.

It was a very fun weekend!
