Circus fun for all!

The Shrine Circus was in town! Since we didn't have any plans that afternoon, we thought the girls would enjoy going. We have went 3 years now. Each year I say we are going to skip a year or two (as it doesn't change very much) but then when we hear how much the girls enjoy it and hear their laughter, we think this isn't so bad.

Here are some pictures of them at it...

Presley's good friend Lauren was there too and ended up sitting by us.

Our niece Mersaydes sat by us for part of it too! She is sitting in between Madison and Presley.

The dogs...

The hula hoops...

The motorcycle...

And the deck goes up!

It is very exciting to post this blog entry! We have noticed our 5 year home plan has gotten really drug out. The front deck was supposed to get done 2 years ago. Oh well...better late then never!

Jason took 2 days off in June to work on the deck...1 at the beginning of the month and one at the end. Thanks to his dad who came out and helped him both days.

He did a great job taking pictures of the progress since I was working both of the days. Here are some pic's...

1st day -

2nd day...

The only thing left is the railing and painting. Our families think we should keep the railing off. We are going to clamp some of it up to see it first and then decide. Painting will get done next year.

Another check off the lengthy home owners list...which you all know what that's about! There is always something to do!

T-ball time!

Presley's second year of t-ball started early June. Jason willingly agreed (ok, so I may have signed him up as a helper and much to our surprise, he was assigned as an assistant coach) to help out. T-ball is kind-of time consuming...games every Wednesday and practice every Thursday for 6 weeks. Presley and her friends really enjoy it which makes it worth it. It is very cute to watch! The kids try so hard! Here are some pictures from her first game.

Here is a picture of Presley and 2 of her closest friends, Bryn and Lauren

Just like the summer months, t-ball is about to come to an end. It's been a fun 6 weeks though!

Happy Father's Day to my AMAZING HUBBY and our DAD's!

I just need to start out by wishing my hubby and our dad's a very Happy Father's Day! They have all played such an important part in my life and I love them all very much!

Jason had a nice Father's Day weekend! He had been gone to Phoenix for work from June 13-17 so was anxious to get home and see his girls! Sat. we didn't do a lot. We ran over to Jackson so he could do a few things at work and then ended up at Olson Park that night for supper with some friends who were camping there.

Sunday we went to church at St. Mary's and then had an early picnic lunch with Jason's family. We went home early afternoon and all took naps. We were shot. I told him we would take him to Bergen for supper...but since he had ate out the whole week before, he opted for his favorite casserole at home.

Here are some pictures of him and Presley and Madison.

Happy Dad's Day!!! Love you!

Check off the list - bigger vehicle for growing family!

With baby #3 only 5 1/2 months from arriving, we realized our trailblazer is going to be too small. As much as I love that SUV (I've had it for 8 years), it was time to move on.

Jason and I had been browsing car websites for a couple months and had emailed a few car lots to have them keep us in mind. We test drove one a few weeks ago that was perfect (but just a little too spendy). We opted to wait. Then, we got an email saying the exact same vehicle had been traded in, a year older with a few more miles and a little less pricey! It was perfect! Exactly what we wanted and in our price range! Sold!

We dealt over the phone and went over on June 10 to pick it up! The girls were ecstatic! It has a DVD player in it which they love! And it's a new, fun play house for them! It has all the bells and whistles...probably way more then we need or know how to run!

It will be a great vehicle for our family of 5!

Big News from the Sieve's!

We are very, very excited to announce (and I'm thinking you all know this already) but we are expecting a baby...a bundle of joy...whether it be a girl or a boy! My due date is December 15th! Sieve Baby #3 is on it's way!

We made the big announcement to the girls mid-May. I was 10 weeks along. We took them to the park and gave them each a little gift. We gave them each shirts first. Presley's said "I'm the Biggest Sister" and Madison's said "I'm the Little Big Sister." They didn't think much of them as they both have shirts similar to this already. Then I made them each pins to wear that said "I'm going to be a Big Sister Again" and "I'm going to be a Big Sister." Presley figured it out when she read the word "Again." She looked at us both and said "Mommy is going to have a baby!" Then Madison said "Is the baby in your tummy mommy?" and when I said "Yes" she said "So it's under your skin?" It was very cute!

We headed to my mom and Paul's to share the news with them next. They were both very excited! Next was Mary and Darwin's. They had company so we left to go tell my brother at his work and then went back to share the news with them. We called my dad and shared the news with him. When Amber and Kevin were home in April we had known for a couple weeks and told them in complete secrecy. We wanted to be able to tell them in person. We called my grandma and told her. We told our daycare the next morning. She was very excited and very willing to take the new baby in Feb. or March (yeah!) The next night we were with Jason's grandparents and his brother and future sister-in-law so we told them then.

As it turns out...most weren't too surprised. They all knew we wanted 1 more and were just waiting for when.

The word spread very fast after those couple days. We tried to call all our close friends to tell them. We had a handful of people we wanted to tell and have them hear it from us rather then from someone else. Everyone was very excited! Jason wanted me to make pink and blue cupcakes to take to AgCo. I did that for him when I was pregnant with Madison. He said most figured it out but a few were wondering why they were pink or blue.

I didn't post it on facebook for a week after. It was fun to do that too and see all the responses we got.

As I'm writing this, I am 14 weeks along. I haven't felt great since about week 6. I haven't thrown up just have been very nauseous and gaggy all day long. I was very tired at first but am thinking that is wearing off now. I have had 7-10 good days in that time frame. My Dr. has been really great trying to get me something to take that will help and that is safe for the baby. The couple different things haven't worked yet. Hopefully very soon I will be feeling better on my own. Here's hoping! I've started to show quite a bit (I think). My Dr. said that with #3 everything is very stretched out and that you show very fast. He's right!

I will try and post more frequently with my progress as I go!

And just in case you are wondering...no, we aren't going to find out the sex! 1 more big surprise for us! We haven't found out with the girls so we might as well wait with this one too!
