Happy, Happy 70th Birthday to Jason's dad Darwin!!!
To celebrate Darwin's 70th Birthday, we took a trip to Bridges Bay in Okoboji for the weekend! We went April 13 - 15, 2012. We had a great time! Darwin and Mary rented a 2 bedroom suite. The suites are so nice as they have a nice kitchen, dining room, living room and then bedrooms. We made most of our meals right in our room. We have stayed in the suites a couple times now and they are so nice!
Darwin, Mary, Jason, Presley, Madison, Monroe and I went down Friday night. We got there about 6 p.m. We had supper and went swimming.
Saturday late morning, Jason's brother Justin, his wife Holli and their daughter MacKenzie joined us. We had lunch, swam some more, had supper (Jason's grandparents came down then) and cupcakes, opened gifts, and, yes, you guessed it, swam some more! They have a great waterpark there!
Sunday we had breakfast, packed up our stuff and left the hotel. We shopped a little in Spirit Lake, had lunch and headed home.

Thanks to Darwin and Mary for such a fun trip! We really enjoyed it! Happy Birthday again to Darwin...we love you lots!
