3rd Camping Trip of the Season!

Our 3rd camping trip of the season was to Adrian, MN.  Our friends the Nelson's and VanHeuvelen's joined us.  We went there after the 4th - July 6 - 8. 

We all got there around 4-5 p.m. on the Friday night.  The weekend looked to be another hot one.  All the mom's and kids got our swim suits on right away and headed to the city pool.  The guys headed to a tractor pull in IA.  They have went to it many times and didn't want to miss it (even though we were camping).  After swimming we ate supper, hung out, and headed to bed.  The guys got home quite late!

Saturday we just hung out all day, swam 2 different times, ate, visited, played at the park, etc.  We had a nice supper together!  I made these kabobs that I saw on Pinterest.  Presley managed to tell me I didn't do them quite right.  I shouldn't have had blueberries on the last few, just the stripes!  I didn't even think of it...but she is right!

The VanHeuvelen's got a new puppy that Madison couldn't play with enough!  She loves puppies!  She is our kid that wants every pet!

Saturday we had a big bonfire and some more family and friends stopped out.  We were up until midnight visiting which is always fun! 

We stayed on Sunday until 2-3 p.m. and then all headed home.  It was a fun weekend!  I wish I would have taken a few more pictures.  Oh well.  Thanks to both our friends who joined us for the weekend!
